I am new here. I lost 50 pounds on Atkins in the past but unfortunately I have gained it all back along with some extra pounds . I am restarting Induction tomorrow (Sunday February 4 2007) and plan to make this time around a lifetime commitment.

Mrsbucket... welcome to the board! We're happy you decided to come along for the ride... well, a lifetime ride that is, judging by your intentions! Good for you!

As you'll see, there's a lot going on around here: journals, recipes, exercise challenges, chit chat, games.... just plunge in and start whatever you fancy!

Keep us posted on your progress... we love to hear about successes and are happy to help when probs arise!

You're singing my song - same with me! I lost close to 50lb in 2005 & put in back on + in 2006! I started induction 3 days ago & frankly feeling yucky at the moment. Waiting for the break through that I'm sure is only hours away.
