So... some of you will recognize me, and some of you will not. I had been going as Tori, but lately some of my friends are calling me Vic, and I kind of like it. 
I was new here, in August of '06. I was doing fairly well. I'd lost 20 pounds. It was right before Christmas... and I decided, "I can do this without Atkins!"
Well... I couldn't. I mean, I didn't gain back a tremendous amount, but any gain is too much, after losing. In total, I've gained 5 pounds since December. I've been lucky. It could have been worse.
My dad keeps saying, "You should go back on a diet."
And kept thinking, "No worries. My body is just reacting to the change. I can eat whatever I want, and if I'm active it'll be OK."
Well, I can't eat whatever I want. Duh, right? But I felt like I could. We all know though that once there are no reigns... we lose control completely.
I'm back, and I'm ready to work all the harder because I don't want to fail again.
You can expect me to be super active on the forums again, as I was before.
I'm starting on induction.
I'm going to miss OWL... but, I've gotta start again from the bottom.
