Hello everyone,
My name is Robin and I decided that 2007 was going to be my year. On Jan 2, I started working out with a trainer. I signed up for 60 home sessions. I decided to do that instead of the gym because I would, at some point, stop going. My trainer isn't going to stop coming. At the first session he gave me a eating plan. He told me that he wanted me to eliminate certain things from my diet. That was all well and good. When I discussed my new eating plan with a co-worker, she told me that it sounded like the Atkins Diet. I had not totally followed my trainer's advice to the T, but I liked the idea so much that I wanted to find more information on the Atkins Diet. That's when I discovered this forum. OK, so here I am. I want to follow the diet plan the way you are supposed to. Where do I begin? What books do I need to buy in order to start? I think I read that some books are not the real diet. I don't want to be steered in the wrong direction. I don't know what to do.
