Hi everyone! I am new to the board and new to Atkins. I was introduced to Atkins by my cousin that had such tremendous results with it. I am excited to get started I have been reading alot of the posts. I have also checked out the before/after pics and I can just say one thing "WOW!" great job to all of you.
I hope to be on that page to and showing others that this is something that can benefit everyone no matter how many other diets have failed. I have tried alot of different diets over the years and nothing has seem to really work. The Atkins approach has given me hope.
I have been eating alot of tuna, chicken, and salads. I drink 100oz of water a day and sometimes more. I run a mile and work out with weights during my lunch break at work. My husband and I run/walk 2miles and do alot of strength training every evening. I have thought about mixing my workouts with a kick boxing class 3 days a week. I will let you know if I do decide to that.
