How to add vital stats to the board?

Hello all,


I will be the first to admit that I am a little dumbfounded when it comes to adding things on chat lines,bullentin boards,and the like.I am trying to post all of my current stats and am not sure how any help would be appreciated.And by the way I thank all of those who have welcomed me aboard kudos to all.

Welcome to ADBB!
To add your vital stats to your posts go to USER CP which you'll find in the blue bar at the top of your page. Then you'll see a control panel down the left side of the page...go into EDIT SIGNATURE and just type them in the box and click on SAVE SIGNATURE.
Your vital stats will then appear in every post you make. You can change them whenever you need to by simply repeating these steps and editing whatever needs changing!

If you want a weight tracker like many of us have then go to www.tickerfactory.com where you'll be able to configure your own tracker!

You'll find your way pretty quickly, though it can be a bit confusing at first.
If you look at the list of forums you'll find one called Testing and Technical Questions where lots of computer geniuses will be happy to answer your "how to...?" board questions.
Hope you manage to get your stats posted.
