    hi everyone!

    hello! i have been on and off on this board since the new year, and started this WOE on 1/30/07..i have about 120lbs to lose, and have lost about 9 during induction. i am now moving onto extended induction...i will hopefully post some before and after pics in the next few weeks.....so wish me luck, and i wish everyone else luck as well!!

      Welcome to the board, The people here are fantastic. 9 Lbs already? Great job, keep it up and you will succeed. I had 120 or so lbs to lose also and am 40 lbs gone in 3 months. You can do it. God Bless.

                      Hi, I'm new here as well. I'm on my second day of induction and it's going well. I'm still trying to deal with the induction flu headaches though. Congratz on your 9 pound loss, and welcome..
