    !!!!!!!

First day on induction. So far so good. I am already at 48oz of water!!!! I am pumped.

I have a good bit of weight to loose. I am 6' 320-330#. I have always been athletic, until I got out of college, then every day for lunch and dinner was fast food. I mean every day!!!!!! I have gained about 130#'s in 1-2 years. I ate fast food twice yesterday to get one last hoorah. So far, breakfast was three eggs and so far like I said before water.....

My first mini goal will be 300#'s

    Welcome to the board Ragincajun!

I'm glad to see that you are ready to kick that fast food habit! I can't imagine twice a day on that stuff. Are you planning on doing lots of exercise too?? It's essential to taking the weight off and feeling good!

I can't wait to hear about your progress!
    Best Wishes!

Ragin, I know about the fast food 2x a day. I did that in college--lunch and dinner everyday was fast food or pizza!

Glad you've joined us. Don't be afraid to post or ask questions!

      Best of success.

Wlecome to the board. It's amazing after your body gets used to eating this way, you do'nt even want the junk or fast food anymore. It must be a mental thing. LOL

          Re: First Day

yeah lots of exercise. I ran track, played basketball, and played baseball in high school. All through college, intramurals, coed softball leagues, weight lifting, etc. so I am no stranger to exercise. I just bought a bike, and a canoe, so maybe that will keep me busy also. the thing about fast food is it makes me sick now. I am so tired of it, but it is so easy......

Excellent goal Ragincajun! Congratulations on making the step to come here. Remember...eat when your hungry....don't starve yourself....keep drinking that water too most importantly. Start your exercise with a few jumping jacks, a few sit ups, deep knee bends, easy stuff, small amounts, and each week just keep adding to it.....you'll be amazed at your results! We're all cheering for you, if you feel you're having a weak moment...come here and post and read other stories.....I'm telling you man it is really helpful! Godo Luck!
