First of all Congratulations! on your successes, everybody.
I lost over 25 Lbs. on Atkins, but then lost my way with exercise. I have a problem with motivation. I see a few different forums for challenges, but am not sure which of the forums would be right for me. I want to exercise just once a day for now until my body gets to the point of needing it. I experienced that before and it was great. I need to get back there. I guess I'm hoping someone please direct me to the right challenge forum.
