Hi, I am starting Atkins again for the 100th time. I'm having a hard time believing in myself but I do know that this is the only way of eating that makes me feel balanced. I am having a really hard time with lowcarb junk food and exercising. I went back to my old habits in August and haven't gotten back to where I need to be. I'm ready to do this forever-so happy to have found this board!
Saw the bootcamp thread, went to exercise challenges, went to 6 weeks challenges... I was wondering if there is still a boot camp? I would LOVE to do this. I also noticed that the 6 week challenge had already started and most exercise challenges are for February-little late for me. I'm hoping something will come up in March.
