    Hi Everyone

    I am 30 not new at atkins, "a long story"............................

    But this time l plan Atkins for the rest of my life, and today is the start.

    l currently 200 lbs and l hope to lose 70

    I will post my success every week

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

    .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

        Most definately, I love your positive attitude...'I'll post my success each week' absolutely awesome. Lots of friends to lend a shoulder if you need it. Listen to these fine folks here, they have helped me with 55 pounds so far and they won't steer you wrong. Great to have you onboard!

              Hi Cachanilla! Welcome to the board! You might want to start yourself a Journal Stat. This is for you only, no one can post to it but you can log your exercise and food intake and progress there. Also, you might want to start a Journal Chat where you will get tons of support from wonderful people!

                l actually lost 15 pounds (induction) on 24 days and l think its time to start my journal stat.
