I've been lurking for close to three years now and have recommended this site to everyone that is trying this WOL. My hubby has been doing Atkins off and on for three years. Unfortunately it is usually my fault he goes off. He is out of town for 5 days so I have been rereading the book and start first thing in the morning. I am going to spend the afternoon cleaning out the pantry (No I'm not going to eat my way through it
). I did try Atkins about five years ago for 2 weeks, but didn't lose anything so I gave up. Since then I have packed on 30 more lbs. I printed out the info on the stair-climb challenge. I'll keep track this week for my baseline and start next week. Wish me luck.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
