    hey all whats up. my names anthony. new here looking for a fresh start on life. i have been doing atkins since.....monday

    either way found this site today. i lurked for most of the day in between classes and such. anywho here i am

    im just kinda scared that by eating alot of meat, cheese, n veggies i will gain weight and not lose. the last thing i want to do is gain.

    either way here i am. you all seem cool. even some really cute girls in here i must say.

    anyways here is my fatty self

    ( yes i used to lifegaurd in summer. dont hate i saved a guys life last summer and made the news )

    one of my roommates is abody builder and is cutting right now. he knows alot about this stuff and is helping me with the low carb lifestyle.

    my other one thinks i will quit and give up.


    kinda pisses me off. since i didnt want him nor alot of people to know. i find that when u dont announce it to the world you do better without everyone questioning you, giving you their input and getting mad if it falls through

      Welcome Anthony! Good to have you on board. Thanks for posting your pics. You'll find this an awesome place for support and motivation. You made a wise decision to start Atkins... I'm sure that in a short while you'll be well on the road to better health and a trimmer figure.

            Hey iracdc! Welcome to the board. Ignore the naysayers! You are doing this for YOU. This is a great WOE for you because you really can eat lots of protein/fat and lose weight, really you can and you will!
