Hi everyone, I am day five of induction, as well as my fiance. We decided to to do this together to look good for our Honeymoon in Turks and Caicos.
Well everything is going good so far, we are both in ketosis and have lost about 3-4 pounds. We made a few errors in the first couple of days, of what we could have on the induction, but we are corrected and back in line.
I do have a question for anyone who may know. I am curious about aspartame. The book says you can have sugar free gelatin and whipped cream, but everything sugar free seems to have aspartame in the ingredients. What kind of whip cream and gelatin can you have??. I am also curious about bacon and turkey sausage. The book says you can have these two for breakfast, but everything seems to have have sodium nitrate and corn syrup in the ingredients. If anyone has a list of products that are diet friendly, I would appreciate it.
I look forward to losing all those unwanted pounds with everyone..
