Hi everyone: This is my second time on Atkins. I used this WOL to lose my pregnany weight in 2002. This time around I have around 20lbs to lose. I started induction 3 days ago and everything seems to be going well. I have been using fitday to track my food intake and it looks like I'm on track. I lost 7lbs so far, and hope to lose more. I also plan on starting a work out regime to help me tone up and get fit.
