Im in my 2nd week, and havent seen much change, if any.
I am 35 and have 30 lbs to lose. I am doing very well on the food part but my cravings havent subsided. With 4 kids in the house you can imagine the
carb cabinet is full. I have a full time job and its very active. I used to eat whatever whenever and never drank water. Now I drink 8 glasses of water,eat only induction food and keep active...........but no change
