Ok....here I go.....I am looking to lose 20lbs.....that would put me where I think I want to be. I am 53 years young, 5'3", weigh 160lbs. Ok...I am going to go for the 20, then see how I feel, if I need to lose more, I will decide at that point. I am a single, professional woman, mother of 3 great adults and grandmother to a gorgeous 2 yearold. I want to be around a long time, have lots to do yet.
But...I have been struggling, I am in a temp job in a city I don't want to be in, I resort to eating things I shouldn't. I would appreciate reminders and/or check ups from any or all of you while I get into a better eating habits. Accountibility....that is the toughest when living on one's own.
