Hi Everyone....Well day 5 is almost over. I have done pretty well but I totally was eating avocados thinking they were okay on the diet. I assumed...but otherwise I have been pretty good. I have begun working out with a trainer have met with him twice....My keystones strip reads mostly moderate? What is the difference with the strip color in regards to the weight loss. I have weighed myself and haven't lost....
I was expecting to lose atleast 1 lb or so but I know the body reacts on it's on. I am just happy that I am sticking with this which is not a common thing for me. I am dedicated but I am dying to see some change in the scale. The first time I did Atkins I did lose weight in the first week...
What do you all think?
