Yesterday was a challenging day. Although I love cheese, eggs, bacon, etc. I found myself craving a glass of wine with dinner and some sort of bread. But I got through it. I think I must be carb-addicted because I was feeling a little irritable, foggy and just plain tired.
DANDR mentions that these things are possible within the first few days so I'm just going to ride it out.
Last night, before bed, I worried that I'd eaten too many eggs yesterday (6 - 3 for breakfast and 3 for lunch). Yet this morning the scale registered 234.
I realize this is water weight, but it still feels GOOD. And very motivating.
