  • Hi all!

    Hi,
    I'm Loni. I have been trying to lose weight through counting calories and exercise for almost a year now, and its not working!
    Today has been great, I really enjoy eating the foods I'm allowed to have, so hopefully this will be an easy lifestyle change.
    I have a goal to get back into my pants, most of which are really tight or I can't wear at all. I'm at 126 today, and I want to get back to my high school weight of 107.
    I know 19 lbs probably doesn't seem like a big goal, but I've had a really tough time, and I want to stop it before it gets worse!
    5'3" 22 F
    Start: March 13, 07
    HW: 126
    GW: 107 by my wedding day August 12!

        Welcome! It doesn't matter if it's 10 pounds or 110 pounds. It is a struggle for all of us. So again, WELCOME!

        Gained back 22 pounds and dealing with it...instead of it dealing with me!!

        Exercise mileage starting 3/01/07: 200
        (bike riding 10 miles per day or walking 5 miles)

          It's cool that you think this will be a lifestyle change for you... that really is the key to reaching goal and more importantly maintaining.

          Ask any questions you might have... plenty of knowledgeable people around to help out.
