hi everyone...i found this website through google, and it is a godsend....

i am 33, and on atkins for the first time..it is the first real diet i have done that wasnt my own way...i was on steroids a long time and have cushings, and my weight had skyrocketed...i lost 104 pounds on my own about 2 years ago, and have steadily put back on 40 pounds or so..feeling fat, unhealthy, and sick all the time, i decided to start atkins...

not only have i kept with induction for 4 days now, i have lost 8 pounds, fit into a size smaller, and have no health problems...i had hives everyday, for 2 years, and noone could figure out what it was from..i also heavily relied on inhalers..since day 2 of atkins, i have not had one hive or had the need to take benadryl or my inhalers..it is like a feeling of freedom i can not explain....

i was able to read in here when i wanted to go have pizza, and i didnt cheat...thank you for this website, and thank you to all the people who post their experiences and support so others can succeed.....

    nice to be here...
