I have been watching this forum for sometime, but just started atkins for the second time this past Sunday so I am on day 4 and I am already starting to see some movement in the scales which is just FABULOUS!!! I am also doing Curves workouts 4 times a week. My first mini goal is to drop 50 lbs, which would put me under 200lbs... I have not see a number under 200 since middle school. I have always been heavy and have a large build, but this time I am planning to make huge progress and I am not giving up until I get it.
I have found a great deal of motivation from this forum just by reading old posts so I am hopeing to find even more by actually participating...
