  • Hi Im new and starting today...

    Hi everyone,

    What a great board and Im so glad I found you guys. Ive been on and off the Atkins for years and lost allot of weight on it a few years back. Then had my daughter a year ago and put a fair bit back on.

    Right now Im going back to Australia in June to luanch my line of designs and have some media interviews for magazines and TV. I do NOT want to look like an icky blimp so I really need to get my crap together here and lose at least 20 lbs before I go home June 7th. I think I could do it in 10 weeks that I have.

    Thankyou for a great board and I cant wait to be apart of it.

      Welcome to ADBB Aussieinaz! Happy that you found us here and decided to join in the fun. I'm sure you'll find the board gives you the support and inspiration you want.

            Thank you every one for the great warm welcome. Today was a good day, I find the first 3 days the hardest while trying to get back into the swing of things. I know with every ones help on here I can do it for sure. Plus I keep telling myself to keep my eye on the prize and I HATE to travel while Im fat. It sucks.... thanks again for the great welcome.

                Thanks Scooter, those are great I printed them out and put them on the wall here by the computer and fridge so if Im not sure just look it up.
