Hi! I am a 38 yr old mom of 4. Did Sugar Busters last year in combo with regular exercise and lost 30 pounds, but when school started I took a break from it and never came back. I was in the car more than anywhere else and it was hard to keep the routine I had started. Well, those pounds are creeping back and I have to make it stop so here I go. Last year I went from 200 down to 171 and I am right now back at 187. My old online buddy Brook is the Atkins "Queen" LOL So I am going to follow her example and try this. I started induction yesterday and will begin my Walk away the pounds series again. So hello to everyone, and wish me luck!

Hi Alliemarie! Welcome to ADBB and good luck on your weight loss. You'll get alot of support on this board, so if you need encouragement it is just a couple of keystrokes away.

Warm welcome to you Alliemarie! Of course we'll wish you luck! But you won't need luck if you follow the plan as it was intended to be followed... the weight will just fall off all by itself!

Take a tour round the board. You'll find there's lots going on to inspire and motivate. You can start a journal, join an exercise challenge, try out a low carb recipe, simply chit chat, or even join the Womens' Forum for those posts we don't want to share with the guys....

Looking forward to reading of your successes.

        Happy Atkineering!
