  • Yet another newbie...well sort of...

    Hi all,
I started Atkins on 11/29/04, but it was bad timing. Tom came the same week I started and I felt horrible. I am re starting induction this week. I started on monday. I am doing pretty good so far. I feel a lot better then I did previously. Just a little background info. I am 25 years old and have two daughters. One is 2 1/2 yo and the other is 4 months. I gained more weight with my second daughter and am having a hard time loosing it. I lost it really fast with my first daughter, but things are totally different this time around. I am looking to loose 40 or so pounds. I weighed 170 right before I had my daughter and am only down to 160. I was at 135 pre-pregnancy would like to be there again. I posted a few times on the temporary boards but I don't think those posts are around anymore. This site has been a great help to me. I have lurked around getting advice and tips, and I really appreciate everyones input. This site is awsome. Thanks everyone. :hug

Yay for you for restarting! I just started on the 14th so I'm right in it with you. I have been reading and posting my questions to the Induction forum. There are alot of things about the Induction food which are confusing, but the Induction forum has answered my questions and provided support and motivation. I think this forum will be a big help in stayin gwith the program until it truly becomes a WOL (way of life).

Good luck! Keep us all updated on your progress.
