Wow! Thanks everyone for your comments and help. I plan on starting a clean induction on Wednesday. I also adujsted my ticker. I decided to put on there the weight I lost over the past few months slowly kinda doing Atkins. I had to put 250 pounds as my high weight because I refused to weigh myself after that. You can tell some hint of it, especially in my bra because it started getting looser.

I got the courage to show one of my classmates my picture and then four pretty, young girls in my class and at first I was afraid to show them but when they saw the pictures they actually had some really constructive things to say so I am glad I did. At least they didn't go "EWWWW!" One girl, she is 90 pounds, she was amazed at the grooves my bra put in my shoulders and I talked about how uncomfortable it made my back and shoulders feel. So now, I feel like I have support all around me!

I am not going to show the mean girls because I would hate to get put on remediation for knocking someone out.

Welcome to the board, and good luck!! There's not much else I can say that everyone hasn't already said. Oh, you can use www.thedailyplate.com instead of Fitday for tracking foods/exercise/measurements/etc. Some of us like it better, and it's still free.

Hi Porcelain! I am new around here too and I 've met some great people in the century club who support each other in drinking water. You should check it out! Congrats on the 30lbs so far!
