Hello.... I have been on induction for 14 days and will probably do the extended induction because I would like to lose 120 lbs.

I have been reading this board for at least 3 weeks and it is great to see all of the supportive and successful poeple who are here.

I finally made the decision that I was ready to lose weight and am commited to this new life.

So far I haven't bought a scale sounds odd and I know that but I would be weighing myself everyday several times and that would drive me crazy when I think I have dropped under 200 I will get a scale. I figure I started this around 230.

I am going back to the gym so maybe I will take a weight there and try to just weigh in 1 a week for a while... I also need to get a measuring tape because my measurements have already begun changing I know that!!

I haven't really devise a goal weight I figure 125 lbs is a safe start but I am not sure for my body type. I am only 5ft' 2 but feel that I really am big boned so I will have to revise more or less as I get closer to that point.

Not sure what else to mention here but I hope to get the courage to post some pics and stuff soon to help moniter my progress.

It's so nice to have you with us! Congratulations on induction so far, and don't be afraid to move onto OWL, but if you feel the need to stay on induction a bit, that's cool too. Sometimes you need that, to remain focused! But no fear, just realize a whole new world awaits with OWL. I lost the majority of my weight when I moved onto OWL.
