    Here I just buy the carolina pride originial. I just love the packages that say no carbs but clearly have sugar in the ingredients. It literally takes me over an hour to grocery shop, do to stopping and reading my food labels.

    The extra energy is great isnt it? Just try to avoid the atkins flu. My husband came down with that a few days.

      Dude!!! That totally sucks!!! I've been using Plumrose all along.....I just checked mine.....DEXTROSE! Bastards!!! I am really ****'d Amazing. Well we live and learn don't we???
