  • Coming Back...................... Hopefully strong..........

Well I first went on Atkins May 5th 2004 and kinda stopped September 10th 2004 I went from 196lbs down to 158lbs when I stopped.

My life changed, and I began eating bread again etc. I've gained back 7 lbs since than.

I'm jumping back on the bandwagon January 2nd.

I'm currently getting back in mode, trying to get my courage up to do this again.

Things I'm proud of...... Stuff that has stuck........ I still use splenda instead of sugar. And I never have had another cola since May 4th.

I've managed to keep sugar out of my diet for the most part.

Bread is my enemy, and I know this, and that is ok.

I've taken on a new business one that I practically live at, and well I've made some bad food choices.

But I'm ready, and would like to loose another 20lbs.

I'm currently 165 lbs and would like to be 145.

Welcome back to the Atkins WOE. If you can, try to find out what caused you to quit the first time. If you can pinpoint the reason, then maybe you can devise a plan of action if you see the same thing happening again. You can do it this time...you already know the great benefits and how to do it. Best Wishes and congratulations on jumping back into the healthy way of living!!
