  • New in Minnesota!

Howdy! I started Atkins just yesterday after watching my weight dramaticallly rise over the last couple of years. I know I had some part in that escalation so I know it is time to do something to go the other way. Once upon a life ago, I lost 30 lbs using Atkins but succumbed to many things including a bad thyroid, depression and Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey. Darn Monkey!
Anyway, I am a bit terrified of being just 5' 3" and 202 lbs and even more terrified of failing at losing this awful weight.

Sooo...I look forward to using this board and chat as a way to get connected to others who are going through similar situations and to find encouragement to keep going!

    Thanks for reading!
