ah come on Leslie. no fair hogging them all to yourself. you know you are supposed to share them with all of us. I'm telling.

tell them to feel free to post away and ask any question about Atkins they need to know the answer to cause we have all been there too and know how it feels to be a confused scared newbie. if they are in a hurry to get an answer the can use the search feature to find just about anything they can think of.
