Hello all...i started atkins AGAIN 3 weeks ago...since then i lost 9 pnds then gained almost all of it back doing the exact same things 3 weeks later...i am getting discouraged what can i do?
Sorry to hear you're in difficulties. I think we need a little more info, to be able to advise better. Perhaps you could fill us in a little more... a few personal details like age, sex and current weight. How much do you want to lose? What are you eating? Are you exercising at all? Have you got a copy of the book (DANDR "Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution" 2002 edition)?
You could try posting a few menus in the "Review my Menu" forum. You'll certainly get some expert advice there. Often it's just a simple thing that needs tweaking to jump start things.
