    New to this site but not to Atkins

    Hi everyone! I am new here but not to Atkins!
    I have been lc in the last years, but I got off the wagon and gained 25#. On 3/12/7 I reinducted and already lost 4!
    I started OWL today!
    Wish me luck, I will be around!

    Welcome back to Atkins Musa and to the ADBB. Glad you joined in our happy group. I'm sure you'll find lots of support and inspiration here. Congrats on your four pound loss so far!
    Why not check out the Second Time Around Club? Everyone there has taken a tumble and then climbed back on the Atkins wagon again... many have gone on to make goal. They're a wonderfully supportive group there.

    Keep posting and let us know how you get along!

      Welcome. Congratulations on your recommittment to the program and the 4 pound loss! Whooopppeee! It really helps if you write out what made you jump off the wagon....make plans so that if/when obstacles like that happen again, you'll have a plan to keep you from falling off again. We're all here for you and so happy that you've joined us! Get active in the forums, make friends and enjoy the ride!

          I agree, you sound like an excellent candidate for the Second Time Around Forum, STACer's we lovingly refer to ourselves as!!
