      Welcome Lou! So happy to have you join us. I'm so glad you've made the committment to get healthy and lose weight with us. Take your measurements now so you can see the inches melting each week. That's very exciting!! Starting a journal will also help keep you focused on what you want to accompllish.

      You've got a lot of support here with the members. Everyone is very warm and friendly and wants to see you succeed. Jump in to the forums, do the challenges, read the recipes, make friends and enjoy your new way of life. Make a plan to succeed! Best wishes!

            Welcome Lou! you sound very determined, that's wonderful! That is the kind of attitude that will take you directly to your goal. I've only been on here for a few days, but after 1 year of being on this plan, I feel a whole new sense of motivation and determination. I hope it does the same for you! Congratulations!
