    Let's try this again!

    I was determined to get started on this last august - as you'll see from my first post, but got side-tracked with a move, divorce, etc...just excuses.

    However, it is time now. I'm ready. I hope this works. I know it worked a few years ago.

    I am a little unsure of where to start a journal, post pictures, etc...would someone kindly point me in the right direction or link me to the information regarding those items?

    Glad to be here. I'm really excited.

    Hey sugar! Welcome back! You will find all things on the main page

    Journal Chats is where you will meet tons of people and gets even more support
    Journal Stats is where you can enter your own stats, just for yourself, no one else can post to it
    STAC (Second time around club) is for returning Atkineers

    As far as posting pics goes, please see the forum Technical and Testing

    Please cruise the whole board, you will find so much info! Good luck on your journey!

        Welcome back to Atkins! You're doing yourself a huge favour in re-committing to this way of eating and thus to better health and a trimmer figure.
