Ok, guys. I only have about 20 lbs to lose, but it has been a struggle since I got out of college. I was a nice size all my life until about 4 years ago. I have tried Weight Watchers, Body for Life and counting calories. I lost weight with Body for Life, but put it right back on in a few months. Weight Watchers worked, but got expensive and became a pain to weigh in, so I quit. I have kept that weight off for about a year, and now I'm ready to get into Atkins. I actually started about 3 weeks ago and have only lost 4 lbs. I have noticed a huge difference in my size, though so I think I'm taking inches off. I bought the Ketostix yesterday to find out if I am really in ketosis and it showed light purple.
I'm really hoping these blogs will help me out because I do feel better eating this way, but I really want to lose the weight and keep it off this time.
