  • This time, it's for REAL

    Hello I have been overweight most of my life. I was a medic for over 10 years. Last year I developed a restrictive lung disease. Prednisone was the course of treatment. The drug added 100lbs on top of my overweight frame. I finally decided to do something. I failed at Atkins twice in the past not making it past day one. Well today is day 2 and I am ready for the long haul. Here we go!!!
    I was a paramedic for 10 years. Severe lung disease and prednisone left me 200 lbs overweight!!
    Last Weight at MD=389
    Measurements
    Upper Chest=59''
    Waist = 65''
    Hips= 56''
    Thighs= 30''
