    Hi
    My name is Sarah, I have been doing Atkins/low carb for 4 weeks now. I did do Atkins about 3 years ago and lost 42 lb, but have since but it all back on and some more, about 20 lb more.

    Hi Sarah!I am new here as well, but am just starting induction. I did the same as you, lost weight, fell off the wagon and gained it all back plus some.

            Thank you for all the replies, tomorrow is weighing day, so I'm hoping to have lost more, dont think it will be a lot (have cheated and weighed myself mid week) maybe a pound or two, but every little helps. Last time I remember that I would stay the same for a couple of weeks, then woosh, then stay the same. Does this happen to anyone else?

              Hello there and welcome back to Atkins! It worked for you before and it'll work for you again, I'm sure.
              Why not check out the Second Time Around Club? It's a wonderful place for support and inspiration from many who've lost the Atkins way before, and then gone on to find it again... many then reaching goal happily!

My name is Scooter, and I want you to know that this way of life works! I've lost 76 pounds with the assistance of the fine folks and I know you too can reach your goals!
