Hi all. My name is Jesse and I am 10 days into my induction phase. I got into Atkins after seeing all of KENTs Youtube videos. Those are so inspiring.
So far, it's going great and I've lost about 14 lbs. I started at 308 and would like to get to 190. I've got the Fitday program. I'm drinking more than enough water and taking my supplements. I'm hitting the treadmill every day and lifting weights 3 times a week. I'm feeling great.
This forum seems to be full of kind and supportive people. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
