I'm feeling REALLY good!!! I've noticed since I've been eating better, I've felt SO much better!! I was gonna go out for a walk/jog today, but I think it stopped raining a total of like, 5 minutes!! So, if it stops, I will! SOOO instead, I did some crunches, sit-ups and push-ups (against the wall ... just as hard! let me tell you!!) in my apartment!
And thanks to some great advice, I've been using thedailyplate.com -- but I've been worrying about all the cholestoral, especially in eggs ... and I think I've had TOO much fat content, but my carbs have been under 20g per day ... so that's good I guess! I've been drinking 3 liters of water a day. Do you guys calorie count, too? I've been trying to get my daily calories lower also, to help me lose all the weight.
Anyway! I really am feeling great! AND I've been in a great mood the last week or so since I started to ease into Atkins, all the CRAP i was eating before really did effect my mood!!
Also, is there anywhere online that describes the Rungs (?) and different levels of the Atkins plan? I don't have any of the books yet ... and do Ketosis strips just tell you if your body is in fat burning mode? I need to buy some!!
And how do you measure OUNCES on a solid food??? I'm excited, I really can envision myself dropping all this terrible weight fast! I am not going to go back to the eating habits I had! A lot of it was because I had tons of financial problems and all I could afford was ramen and mac & cheese and i was eating a lot of spaghetti ...
