hi everyone... im starting my atkins diet again tomorrow, april 16th. im super excited and super nervous at the same time. i did this about a year ago, and it worked wonders for me and my belly which is wear i seem to carry the most weight. however, i somehow backlashed into stupidity of being 21 around the holidays.. maybe it was my fear of turning 25 and gained a crazy amount of weight from drinking and eating out. i couldnt get control of it and now im weighing in a record high for me of 165 pounds. i only weighed 160lbs four hours before i delivered my son!!!!!! Gasp, im horrified with myself that i let it get to this! none of my summer clothes fit and im finding it hard to keep up with my four year old son! until this wkend i was humiliated and discouraged but now im ready for a change. A BIG CHANGE. ive been exercising but only about one day a week. i used to run 5 miles a night!!

anyway, im not going to keep saying i used to, bcuz we cant go back, only forward. so my goal is to follow this plan perfect, and get my *** to the gym nightly!!! thank you for listening and id appreciate all of your support! good luck to us all!!!

    TWO days cheat free. woohoo

    EXERCISE CHALLENGE for APRIL:
    400/3100 crunches 10.1/100 miles run 90/300 pushups

i wouldnt cheat on my love- ever in a million years, so why would it be okay for me to cheat on my diet?!?!?
