  • New and Wicked Excited!

    Hey everyone! My name is Starr. I am 26, married and have 2 beautiful kids! I began this WOE March 11th and right now I am doing an extended induction! I have been a visitor of this board for a while now and have gotten so much help just from reading the other post. So I already owe everyone on here a huge Thank You!! With your support I have now lost 18 lbs and have only 45lbs more to go! I have been enjoying this WOE and love how much will power I have on this. Maybe it is just this phase in my life but I have been on diets before and have never made it past the 2 week mark and I have always been thinking about cheating. Now when I get a craving, I just tell myself that the cravings that might come afterwards are not worth eating those chip, icecream,popcorn....you get the idea and.... I will feel bad the next day that I caved. So when I say no to those silly cravings I feel so proud of myself! My new moto for life is... NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS BEING THIN FEELS!!
    Well that's me in a nut shell! I am wicked excited to be here and hope that one day I can help someone as much as you all have helped me.
