Howdy all....
ok so i am kinda new to the program, i am reading the book,
but what exactly is a "CLEAN INDUCTION?" I understand that it is the ruffiest part. no bread,pasta potatoes etc. I really need to lose weight, like 20 lbs. or more. is this the right thing to do???
