Hi there...

I started the diet on March 23rd, I'm 5'1 and my starting weight was 172, as of this morning I'm currently 159. This diet has been really easy to stick to, don't get me wrong though, I still CRAVE for the carbs every now and then but there's alot of things out there now that are low carb friendly that makes this diet that much more easier!!! My husband is the one who encouraged me to try atkins, he did it back in 2004 and lost 50 lbs but gained it all back, so when he decided to try it again this year, he asked if i wanted to try it out with him. He's 6'3 and started on March 21st at 296 and his CW is 276. When you have a support team it's that much easier... We have 3 beautiful children ages 11, 8, and 4 and now that we are done having children I'm trying my best to get to my pre-pregnancy weight!!! My goal weight is to be somewhere between 110-120 and hoping to be there by the end of this year!!! I'm going to try to work up some nerve to post a picture but we'll see!!! This forum has helped me tremendously, your pictures and stories have encouraged me and helped me to not want to quit!! You all look soo AMAZING!!
