    New and excited to start!!

    Hello!! My name is Becky and I'm still in pre-atkins but I'm very excited about my induction start date!!

    So a little about me.... I'm a 22 year old wife and mother!! I had my first child 4 months ago and was married to my husband last October. So why am I here?? Well for weight loss support of course!! I'm not on atkins yet...I'm preparing for it though. I'm about half way through the book and getting all of the info I can before I start the new WOE. I've always been a few pounds over weight but now that I've had a baby I need to loose at least 30 pounds to reach my pre pregnancy weight...and 40-50 pounds to be happy. Also I just want to feel better and be more healthy!!

    I'm going on a cruise the first week of May (my final carb blowout if you will) then the day after I get back will be Monday 5/14/07 I will be starting induction. I will mostly be lurking on ADBB untill then, but I'll try to put a thread when appropriate and then after I start Atkins you should all be seeing more of me!! I'm really looking forward to this!!

    Hi Becky. Welcome to the family. Congratulations on making the decision to get healthy and fit. This site is fantastic for lending information, support and motivation to help you.       Hiya Becky! Welcome to ADBB!
      You're very wise to read the book and get a plan sorted out in your mind. It really helps to know what you're doing, and makes for success.
