Hey, I'm Christine. This forum is awesome, so much info! I was just lurking here for the past few days, thought I'd give a shout out that I'm here. I'll be starting Induction on May 1st. I have my shopping list all ready. The reason I'm trying to lose weight is because I'm still young, 26, and right now, I have no health problems, but that'll probably change once I'm older and being fat is just going to make it worse. The reason I'm going to do Atkin's is because it makes sense to me. And I've tried a WW type of diet, but I just couldn't get into it. I'm real excited about starting Atkins. To see the results on this forum, and to hear that my husband's uncle lost 100lbs on Atkins...I can only hope I have the same good results!
    Starting Weight: 248.5
    Current Weight: 246

    1st week of Induction
