Hello all..... I am 27 and a single mother of 2 beautiful boys. I started Atkins yesterday and so far so good, I think. I am 4'11 and weigh about 136 I have always yo-yo'ed around 130 to 136 and being that I am little 5 pounds is a lot for me. I would like to get down to around 115 which is my pre pregnancy weight. I have looked at a bunch of before and after pic and they motivate me a lot so thanks to all the post them. The only thing is while I am eating I feel like there is no way I can lose weight eating Mayo and cheese freely. Anyhow, I just wanted to introduce myself..
