Today's A New Day For Me/First Day of Atkins

Hi All!



Just wanted to say "hello" and introduce myself. My name is Nichole, and I'm a married mother of three wonderful kiddos. I'm a proud Navy wife new to the East Coast. I work in the dental field, but have been taking a hiatus for the past year.



Decided yesterday to start on Atkins. I'm really looking forward to accomplishing my goal of at least a 50 pound weight loss. I, like another "Newbie", was taking in all of the before and after pics of everyone here, and am so motivated by everyone else's success--hoping that I'm just as successful!



I'm sure the advice and support will help me.

We just moved to Maryland in February--relocated from San Diego (I MISS San Diego, so much!!) My husband is a Naval IDC Corpsman at Bethesda. Nice to meet you!

welcome!!! i live in apple valley, ca and my son is a freshman at SDSU......we are relocating to the atlanta area next summer! you will come to love the east coast i hope!!! it is home to me and i am looking forward to getting back...

Thanks! We lived in Portsmouth, VA for a few years a while back, and I really loved it there, and I'm pretty sure that I'll get use to this weather again here in Maryland! I think that I just have a natural affinity with San Diego--I'm such a summer time person, and the weather there is 75-80 degrees year round, no humidity, and we lived like 3 minutes from the beach. We hope to end up back there when my hubby retires.
