    Hi, I am Ayana. I have been doing Atkins for a few months and love it. I will do this for life. My progress was fast then slow. This is because I am not the most disciplined person in the world and get off track at times. So, my numero uno goal is to cultivate the motivation and discipline. I am looking forward to being on the bulletin.

      Hi Ayana! Welcome. So happy you are enjoying this WOE. Everybody has slower times now and then, but the main thing is to become comfortable with this WOE and make it happen for you! Sounds like that is what you are doing. I look forward to hearing more about you and sharing in your success.
