Hi Ken! Welcome to the Board! Fitday is great isn't it? I've found that prep time is an invaluable tool when you're on Atkins.
        Have a good weekend!

          Re: Hello!

The birthday dinner with the inlaws tonight was great-- bacon wrapped filets, asparagus, and salad. They had potatoes and bread but it didn't even interest me. My father-in-law made a chocolate dessert he found on the Atkins site for induction. I enjoyed it although they all thought it didn't taste sweet at all. It is amazing how our taste buds change after not having sugar for so long.

I lost another 2 pounds this week which brings me to 22 total. I got up at 5:30 this morning and went running. I hope to make it a habit to go in the morning. It starts my day off well and allows me more time with my family in the evening.

I look forward to trying the dessert that Lizellen sent me in a picture for my birthday!

          Have a great weekend everyone!

Happy Birthday to you and what a great job you did My husbands family thinks you should have Birthday cake for your birthday.. My husband doesn't like cake...and he requested Banana Pudding for his.. I heard so much mouth about that.. But it was HIS birthday and he should have what he likes.. Hmm My birthday is coming up next month.. Maybe I will fix myself a Cheesecake Or maybe nothing

                    Re: Hello!

I lost another 2 pounds this week! I am planning to up my carbs 5 grams and move up one rung. I have been exercising more the past two weeks and I am sure that is helping the process.

                    I feel good!

                    Ken
