Sure thing Clara.....you're missing your veggies, not just salad!!! Very very important. Also, watch your ranch dressing, is it fat free...not good, does it have sugar, not good. I given you some links to look over, you'll really need to study them until your book arrives.

I'm glad you've order the book. Definately read it front to back. This is the blueprint for the rest of your life!!! You need to follow it strictly!!

No need to starve yourself at all. In looking at your menu, you're gonna get bored really really quick....

could I have cauliflower, brussel sprouts? And how many? I thought that you could only have 3 cups vegtables per day...Thats why I chose salads, luv em!

the ranch dressing is'nt fat-free and I would only use maybe 1 tbs., what dressings are good to eat? And also are there any limitations on how much meat you should eat?

        Re: Newbie with questions...

No you don't want fat free hon. You just don't want the dressings that have sugar or cornsyrup in them. Sugar is hidden sometimes - called

        fructose, dextrose, gluclose etc.

Those links I gave you are excellent....brussel sprouts are a yes, cauliflower a definate yes...

If you're hungry you eat. It's that easy. Now you don't stuff yourself, you eat until you are satisfied. You may want more meals, smaller spread out over the day, or 3 regular meals with snacks...

Snacks - Green Pepper Strips, Hard Boiled Eggs (Excellent), Home Made Jerky, etc.

As far as dressings, I make my own, but I occasionally use the South Beach Diet ranch. It's pretty good too!!

Let me know if you need more!!

              Re: Newbie with questions...

My advice is to buy a scale. I had no idea what a cup of veggies actually looked like, boy was it different. Same thing with an ounce of cheese.
