Hey everyone!My name is Clara and I am 30 years old, I currently weigh 180lbs and my goal weight is 155. I have tried every diet, fad diet you name it, nothing works anymore since januuary I have lost only 10lbs., I think that I have screwed up my metabolism with all the starvation diets...So that's why I am here. I am starting this morning even though I have'nt read the book yet. I ordered it and it has yet to come. So please give me some advice and help! Here is what I got planned for today tell me what amounts I should have if wrong and so...on!
Breakfast- 2 egg omlet w/ 1oz cheese
16 oz water
Lunch- 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 c. salad w/ ranch dressing
16 oz water
Dinner- 7 oz pork, 1 1/2 c salad w/ ranch dressing.
16 oz water
